‘A shareholder strategy must serve a corporate strategy, not the other way around!’

Geoffroy Rouillé d'Orfeuil developed his expertise in strategy while working for consulting firms (Estin&Co) and group management teams (Legrand), after gaining his first experience in defence and complex systems engineering (LGM).

His career has led him to work on both strategy projects (portfolio reviews, due diligence, etc.) and execution projects (business repositioning, complex transformation management, creation of strategic functions, e.g. Data Factory).

He regularly works alongside La Baume Finance on a variety of assignments, including strategic audits, studies of poorly documented markets or markets with long distribution chains, validation of external growth or carve-out strategies, and identification of synergies in merger transactions.
