La Baume Finance accompagne, pour la seconde fois, le groupe Armonia qui renforce ses positions au Royaume-Uni en réalisant sa deuxième opération avec l’acquisition d’Anabas, un groupe anglais spécialisé dans le Facility Management
Armonia, acteur majeur des Facility solutions poursuit sa stratégie de croissance externe et annonce la reprise des activités d’Anabas, un groupe anglais spécialisé dans les services de facility management qui a réalisé en 2020 plus de £21 millions de chiffre d’affaires (soit l’équivalent de 25 millions d’euros).
Déjà implanté au Royaume-Uni depuis 2018 avec l’acquisition d’Office Concierge, Armonia consolide sa présence sur le marché britannique à travers cette acquisition qui s’inscrit parfaitement dans l'ambition de poursuivre son développement à l'international et de renforcer sa position sur le marché européen du Facility Management. L’offre d’Anabas vient renforcer les activités du Groupe en Angleterre : accueil en entreprise et services de conciergerie d’Armonia et fait du Royaume-Uni le second marché du groupe en Europe, après la France.
Les deux entreprises, Anabas et Office Concierge, seront autonomes et complémentaires. Leur rapprochement permettra notamment de générer des synergies efficientes en termes de business et d'innovation.
« Cet investissement vient soutenir les objectifs de croissance du groupe et permettra de mettre à profit l’excellence de notre expertise pour répondre aux nouveaux besoins de nos clients. Anabas porte une vision du FM qui est proche de celle d’Armonia, positionnant l’utilisateur et l’occupant au centre de leur démarche », se réjouit Alistair Craig, le directeur général d’Anabas, qui continuera à animer la société.

Cette opération survient 3 ans après l'acquisition réussie d'Office Concierge, déjà réalisée avec le concours de La Baume Finance. Il a su faire preuve de pragmatisme et de diplomatie pour convaincre Anabas de rejoindre le groupe Armonia. La fine connaissance du marché UK et l’expérience de La Baume Finance en M&A ont été deux éléments clés du succès de l’opération ».

La Baume Finance has again assisted the Armonia group, in strengthening its positions in the United Kingdom with the acquisition of Anabas, a British group specialising in Facilities Management
The Armonia Group, a major player in Facilities solutions, is pursuing its external growth strategy by announcing the acquisition of Anabas, a UK group, specialising in Facilities Management, and which achieved a turnover of over £21 million (€25 million) in 2020.
Established in the UK since 2018, with the acquisition of Office Concierge, Armonia is now consolidating its presence in this market through this acquisition, which is perfectly in line with Armonia's ambition to pursue its international development and strengthen its positions in the European Facilities Management market. Anabas' offer strengthens Armonia's corporate hospitality and facilities management activities and makes the UK Armonia's second largest market in Europe after France.
The two companies, Anabas and Office Concierge, will be autonomous and complementary and will generate effective synergies in terms of business and innovation.
